Back in August, Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller called for accountability for military leadership on the disastrous and catastrophic exit from Afghanistan. He did so knowing he was risking his career and would likely face punishment for doing so.
"The reason people are so upset on social media right now is not because the Marine on the battlefield let someone down," Scheller said. "People are upset because their senior leaders let them down and none of them are raising their hands and accepting accountability or saying, 'We messed this up.'"

Pending a Preliminary Hearing. Nothing is determined until the Article 32 makes its findings and recommendations.

General Milley is the one who should be thrown in prison for attempting a coup against a sitting President and working with an enemy of the United State in the process..

Correct..
I went outside the chain once.
Went directly to my CO.
After my explanation of what was happening and why I bypassed the chain, he said to me...
I understand why you went outside of the chain of command.
Don’t EVER do it again.

What an idiot the ltc is for violating direct orders and doing it in uniform. Of course, others lied under oath against the president in uniform without prosecution.

Yes, telling the truth has become a revolutionary act. The entire order created by our Managerial State needs to fall. It will, eventually, because of internal contradictions, but we need to separate ourselves from it. There is no union possible with the people running the Biden Show. This situation seems oddly familiar. Seems like the country has been here before.

As a former US Army officer, I see this as what it is…a Soviet Show Trial. Same as the so-called January 6 “insurrection”. If you can’t see this you are willingly ignorant. But don’t worry…you are in great woke company. +1.

My boss said there are certain specific times you MUST, but they are when your commanding officer is doing a clearly illegal order (example he used machine gunning orphans).
But yeah. That doesn’t happen.

He did it in uniform, when he had posted stuff out of uniform in the past. He did it after being ordered to stop pending review.
He wanted this result. Not sure why, but he is looking like he had a break from reality.

My boss is a Navy Academy grad. He supported the first steps, but the Lt. Col. was ORDERED To stop posting.
He kept posting. In uniform. And now is where it seems he wanted to be, in jail.
Funny, that Navy Captain didn't go to jail for speaking out during Trump's term. I would think telling the enemy a capitol ship is out of commission is a big no no.

When they don't adhere to a consistent certainty of punishment for speaking outside of the chain of command, they will encourage subsequent people to speak outside of the chain of command.

Just because others have done something wrong does not absolve him. Speaking out once and tossing away your retirement...okay. You paid the price. But if we permit one Lt. Col. who is still on active duty to continue doing this, then we have to give that same right to
everyone up and down the chain of command. PFC's and LCpls. challenging every order or operation publicly, without consequence. Lts. and captains publicly and repeatedly criticizing the tactical decisions of their superiors to subordinates. You simply cannot run an effective military that way.
Feel free to disagree.
To: DiogenesLamp
You bet. Selective prosecution leads to a breakdown in discipline.

They won’t be able to control more than a few major cities. They will rely on intimidation and examples to keep the rest in line.
