Multiple people were shot at a Tennessee supermarket, according to local authorities.
The shooting occurred inside of a Kroger store in the town of Collierville in suburban Memphis.
Jennifer Casey, public information officer for the Town of Collierville, confirmed to The Post that there were multiple victims, and that the injured were being hospitalized.
According to Fox 13, nine people were shot.
Collierville High School was put on lockdown due to the active shooter situation, officials told Fox 13.

My first thought went to mask vs nomask.
Could be that. Or the price of something has DOUBLED so far in 2021. Or they only are stocking the “lotion scented” Kleenex and cannot buy just a box of regular Kleenex to save your soul. Or the jugs of Tide are now down again, from 100 oz to 92 to ?? 88 or whatever.
Anyway this is a sad event and hopefully not to come back to be blamed on Trump or Trump supporters.

No. Collierville is largely mixed with all sorts of people. A large number of foreign nationals along with Americans.
The police do not say what type of weapon was used or what the suspect’s motives were.
Four patients are in critical condition, the others in non-critical condition. No kids involved thank heavens.
Collierville, Byhalia Road Kroger. Just down from the FedEx IT campus. I have been watching the local coverage with captions on as I am in a work meeting. Those who close caption these things are horrible.
You noticed that these big stores move products around to force you to search the whole store? It’s a trick invented to keep you in the store longer. Like removing the clocks.
Oh, and the shooter killed himself in his car, not the store. The guy just walked in the store and started shooting. Sounds mentally ill.

Well they do let the mentally ill on the streets......institutions aren’t there anymore so they do something like this and end up dead or in prison.
There was an employee on the roof; the witness did not say if he was a Kroger employee or a contractor, just someone up there working. If that is the guy you are talking about.
Except for meat, eggs, dairy, and frozen products, it’s safer to shop online these days.
