This is going to be interesting, at least.

1. It will undermine support for the racist BLM agenda, even among the Demagogic Party stooges (like most of my family).
2. When it becomes clear that the gubmint is just as happy if the BLM supporters don't want to have the vaccine, it'll be a big glass of reality to those very same DP stooges.
3. The apparent indifference toward whether "people of color" (y'know, Crips, Bloods, other thugs who fight each other all the time) get vaccinated will undermine support for BLM among the formerly mostly solid block of black voters, when they realize they're a-holes. I say black, because that's what the "B" is for. If BLM gave a **** about Latinos, Hindus, etc, it wouldn't be a "B".
4. Rival street gangs Antifa and BLM will not finally reconcile over this, because BLM obviously has a great big target on its back.
5. Partisan Media Shills will try to redirect and spin attention away from this, concentrating on the DNC talking points about how this or that person you've never heard of had been well known for opposing masks, vaccines, etc, and just died a horrible death, and it served them right.

This is a completely valid legal argument, even without the “racist beliefs” part. All you have to do is show there is a disparate impact against a protected group, and it doesn’t matter what the reason for the impact is; the business is liable for violating federal civil rights law. Violating it to deny public accommodations like dining in restaurants is a really big no-no.
