I keep hearing politicians repeat this phrase but still don’t understand what it means. Are they or somebody from their offices physically monitoring the situation at each hospital? Do they have a live video feed from each hospital? Or are they just blowing smoke up their constituents back sides?

Sorry to have lived in VA, graduated high school there, and
worked there prior to military. Many military installations in VA. SEALS in Little Creek, Navy in Norfolk, Army in Belvoir and others plus Langley AFB, etc. I refuse to get near VA.
Now wait.....this administration has had years playing the public on immigration/refugees/ and repopulating the us. They know exactly where the boiling point is and how to avoid it. They also know how long to keep the press quiet...or and how to build it to crisis mode so they can start sending them to other states.
I’ve been too many times down the road on this orchestrated and purposely initiated influx of illegals to know this is just another run......and it will continue until THEY decide to slow it down.....the public is just the thermostat they watch to know when it’s time to take the kettle of the stove...until it cools down again.
That should make all Virginians feel better.
I'll bet they would monitor a little harder if their phone lines starting burning up.
