Withholding evidence from the defense is not a good thing

I think every decision by the judge is sound.
Or they just took IR imagery from Afghanistan or somewhere and told the judge it was whomever. How do you ID people using IR? All you can see is a heat signature!
I don't think that prosecutors can withhold evidence like this from the defense, at least in a US court.
Move the trial to anywhere in China and the prosecutors don't even need evidence, just a word from the CCP.
Bullcrap. That is the FBI **characterization** of the event. Rittenhouse stopped him from pushing that flaming dumpster into the gas station and put it out with a fire extinguisher. In the twisted minds of the FBI traitors, that is Rittenhouse “initiating” a confrontation.

Defense counsel for Rittenhouse said they were unaware of the FBI aerial surveillance video...isn’t the prosecution required to turn over all the evidence collected?

And, note the language? “Convinces judge”. Not judge rules or judge decides. No it must be some sort of manipulation of the judge.
And, I doubt there is any evidence that shows what this article claims without any evidence.

There was a time when the law only strove to punish behavior, not beliefs.
IR is usually not admissible.
Every one of us saw dozens of first hand videos showing Kyle running from a mob of angry people. That mob caught him and whacked him in the back of the head with a skateboard. he fell to the ground and he was pounced upon. He defended himself and then sought out the police. It’s a cut and dried case, and Kyle deserves to be a wealthy man one day.
Depends on how you determine “initiated”. KR was asked to guard buildings so ofb the confronted rioters hell bent on burning his building(s), then he was doing his job by being armed and visible. Nothing against the law there unless you subscribe to meek passivity.
So, maybe Rosenbaum was an informant, and the FBI wanted him to confront people.
That does not agree with the live video footage I saw that night. It sure appeared like the dude Kyle shot, spotted Kyle and went after him. While the reporter was attempting to help the guy on the ground, as a crowd started to gather, Kyle took off, and people started chasing him.
Sure didn’t look like he started anything with those chasing him and trying to bash him in the head with a skate board, stomp on him, or shoot him.
This is not news. It’s a left wing rant against the judge. I got about half way through reading it and gave up. It’s impossible to determine what the actual facts are, and what are simply rants of the biased writer.
