Board of Supervisors, AZ State Senate reach settlement on the election audit subpoena
ABC 15 Arizona ^ | Sep 17, 2021 | Garrett Archer

In a statement Friday, the Arizona State Senate Republican Caucus says:

“Under threat of losing hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue sharing, today Maricopa County settled with the State Senate, in a victory for election integrity and the Arizona taxpayer. The agreement sets up a Special Master paid for by the County, who will get the answers to questions the Senate has had concerning the routers and splunk logs used in the 2020 election. Former Congressman John Shadegg will serve as the Special Master, working with computer technology experts. The Senate will finally get the answers to questions asked for in subpoenas issued to the County months ago.

> A special intermediary will be appointed by the county to work with the state senate to answer questions

The senate surrendered on everything and this is what they received?

“Fann said former Congressman John Shadegg, a Republican, will serve as the special master.”

So if they don’t fully answer his questions then it’s back to square one?

Are they releasing all of the money to Maricopa soon, losing all the leverage?

Does he just ask them if the data in the routers contains this or that and they say yes or no?

A number of threads have stated that the audit report has been finished and will be formally presented to the AZ state senate next Friday.

Now this update on the subpoena? New information coming? Does that mean the report will be on hold? Re-written? Delayed 6 more months?

If there was BOOM in the report the Senate got last week would there be a settlement today?

The report by Cyber Ninjas to the Senate will be presented next Friday and they will be done. The results of the Special Master examination of the routers and Splunk logs will come later.

The Splunk logs should include the Windows event logs that would indicate who and how the machines and their network cards were configured during the election process. If the Special Master report asserts that they were not connected to the internet then Maricopa will have to explain how the tabulation data was transferred from the Dominion CMS system to the Scytl aggregation system using some non internet protocol like disks. This is inconsistent with the Dominion architecture and would render their report highly suspicious.

We still need to see the actual adjudication logs for the CMS machines to determine if the rate exceeded 1% indicating the machines were fraudulently certified.

Why do I have this sneaky suspicion that the AZ Senate Republicans did what Republicans do best in this ‘settlement’?
Fold like a house of cheap cards.

If so, it sure is going to make my ballot a lot easier next year. Only MAGA Republicans and at this point in time there is only 1 or 2 announced. Heck, that is about all there is left in the Arizona Republican party. So come November I should be in & out is just a couple of minutes.

The BoS cannot be trusted one atom. I certainly hope:
1) that State funds are to remain on hold until after the Senate audit team has received every bit of election data they have requested, and had unfettered access to all devices;
2) that there will be heavy penalties for foot-dragging and game-playing;
3) that the BoS has sworn on their lives that no equipment has been wrecked, spirited away, replaced, hidden, etc.; and no data, files, logs, etc., have been deleted since October 1, 2020.
4) that the part of the audit already completed will be made public at the 1 pm, Sept 24, Senate hearing.
5) A report on what is found in the material that has been withheld to date, will follow. If new findings effect the Phase I audit, the Phase I audit can be revised then.

The obstruction has been by the Republican Maricopa county board.

Don't know too much about Shadegg, but here he is on Nov. 5th, with Trumpers David Bossie, Debbie Lesko, Kelli Ward and Paul Gosar.

Democrap goal is to run out the clock and keep the same election fraud system in place for 2022 and 2024.
