FDA panel rejects plan to administer Pfizer Covid booster doses to general public
The Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) vaccine committee has voted against authorizing booster doses of Pfizer’s Covid-19 jab, stating that more data on the shot’s efficacy is needed.
The agency’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee met on Friday and heard arguments from scientists and Pfizer representatives in favor of authorizing a third dose of the US drugmaker’s Covid-19 vaccine for the general public. After several hours of deliberation, the panel voted 16-3 against approving the boosters.
The panel, however, could still clear the shots for older populations. Scientists continued debating the need for a third dose of the vaccines for older populations after their initial vote, leaving open the possibility of other votes.
The nonbinding decision by the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee comes as the Biden administration has said it wants to begin offering booster shots to the general public as early as next week, pending authorization from U.S. health regulators. While the agency hasn’t always followed the advice of its committee, it often does. A final FDA decision could come in a matter of hours. The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention has scheduled a two-day meeting next week to discuss plans to distribute the third shots in the U.S.

Not to the one world government mob. They say their sacred planet can only sustain 500 million. Thus 7.3 billion need to be executed some way or the other and quickly to save their planet.
I guess the 2 weeks of addition protection offered by the 3rd booster was sort of a hard sell.
As someone who has been “vaccinated” twice with Pfizer’s magic elixir, that is my concern - that knowledge of the side effects of initial “vaccines” is driving the decision. Anyway, isn’t this a slap in the face to the Biden administration?
What right do they have to do that? The FDA is made up of former pharmaceutical executives now. Their only job is to rubber stamp whatever the pharmaceutical companies say.
I really doubt this agency has a 16 to 2 level of integrity. I think this vote is an indication that they know more than they admit about the damage being done by the vaccines and about it’s lack of efficacy.
I don’t know- but the hospital where I work has been giving boosters to the staff wanting them for 2 weeks. I will be interested to watch how they handle this little bit of news.

I know five elderly who received the booster. They are doing very well.
When they reverse or ignore the recommendation of the committee we will have even more evidence of the fix being in.

Glad to hear. I’m elderly and I’ve gotten nothing for 18 months and I’m doing very well also.
The third shot only showed it helped for 12 days after injection.
They should be okay, but the Israeli study shows it only extends COVID protection by 12 days.
The FDA is now publicly disputing the CDCs medical advise.
Interesting times.
The problem with vaxxes and boosters is that side effects can take years to develop and these vary by individual.
Without ten years or more of testing this is a dice throw at the casino—sometimes you win, sometimes you lose—and no way to know for sure since you may not get your final invoice until months or years later.
Another Biden failure.
Rumor has it that the three Yes votes were from a dead person who voted three times.
But Biden (Fauci) is already pushing the 3rd booster. Follow the science my a**.
