Based on the evidence, we do not know what the fight was about, but it is attributed to being caused by anti-vax Texans to fit a narrative. It is more likely that they had a reservation that was denied based on terms that were not previously disclosed (because they were black?! haha).
The customers were blacks, with at least one dressed in gang attire. That is more culturally explanatory than them being from Texas (which is probably invented).
The restaurant workers are not wearing masks or social-distancing, so they are selectively enforcing supposed safety measures. This means the rules are there not for safety but to groom the peasants into compliance with arbitrary rules.
