The Cookout alliance has made history on Big Brother 23 by having an all-Black Final 6 consisting of Azah Awasum, Derek Frazier, Hannah Chaddha, Kyland Young, Tiffany Mitchell, and Xavier Prather. For many years, fans clamored for Big Brother casting changes in order to better reflect the society that Americans live in. There was also a consensus that people of color on the show were largely excluded from joining strong alliances and were then targeted for being a minority within the game.
The six Black contestants in the BB23 cast understood the importance of representing themselves not only within the context of this franchise but also for the reality TV genre as a whole. The Black community is still widely underrepresented on reality TV in the US, with long-running shows like The Bachelor taking 25 seasons to cast a Black lead. Last year, Da'Vonne Rogers became the first-ever Black winner of America's Favorite Houseguest on Big Brother. Now, a Black player will officially win BB23.
On Thursday, September 9, the Cookout alliance made history by finally reaching its plan to have a Final 6 consisted entirely of Black contestants. History was made during this first Double Eviction on BB23, which started with Tiffany as HOH evicting Claire Rehfuss in order to stay loyal to the Cookout. Then, Hannah won the next HOH and successfully sent Alyssa Lopez to the jury house. This meant that Azah, Derek F., Hannah, Kyland, Tiffany, and Xavier all got to Final 6. Live feed fans had known that this was the Cookout's mastermind plan all along, but some viewers wondered if they'd be able to pull it off as the competition added new obstacles.

Apparently this is something to be proud of and celebrate.
Of course. Racism and hate is good.
When the time comes for me to depart this vale of tears, I will do so without ever having seen a minute of “Big Brother”.
More to come, stay tuned....
That will work the first few times, until it results in all the non-blacks uniting against the blacks in self-defense.
At least on "reality TV"....
Now watch the ratings drop. (And they have.)
I am strongly in favor of black self segregation.
I hear Liberia is awesome this time of year.
This is racist. And people should not be afraid to call it out as such. The Left has been trying (pretty successfully so far) to redefine racism as being something only white people can do. Don’t let them get away with it.
I saw a TV commercial yesterday... Apparently they are re-making the old TV Series “The Wonder Years” with an all black cast.
This outright racism has caused the ratings to tank.
Blacks are a MINORITY in this country. As a result, minorities suffer from natural disadvantages, because “like people LIKE to hang around people LIKE themselves”.
In this show, they started with a majority of “people of color”. Guess what they did? They ganged up against the people not like them.
The only difference was, the white people in the past did it unconsciously, because... that’s just their ‘normal’ world. This black gang set it as a goal and accomplished it.
Racism wins.
Except, it won’t. Ratings are tanking.
as expected, they think 15% of the population is 100%
There was an Asian dude but he got voted out.
Btw, there was already a black winner. He was a Black Latino.
I guess you have to be pure breed for reporters to give you credit for winning.
A black person is going to win. What do they win? A Cadillac? Their own record label? A Congressional seat?
In the spirit of forming alliances, would be righteous if some whites plotted to form their whites-only NBA team, right?
Which will inspire more twisted narratives about how racist White folk don't understand black pride and how black folk need to stick together to combat racism.
one of those persons is Joe Frazier’s child. See if you can guess which one
Normal white heterosexual males are non-existent...even on TV commercials which are dominated by blacks and homosexual perverts.
Just another reason to mute or change channels...and note the companies pushing these racist & bigoted commercial messages.
It's easier to note which ones are not, it's a small number.
