I do not believe the Commander in Chief has the authority to order an unprovoked nuclear attack, and I believe orders to do so should be, and would be, refused - and I believe this has been true for many, many years.

I read in another article on this that Mark Levin, who has read the whole book, said that Milley had made other officers take an oath of loyalty to him. Does anybody know anything more about this?

Jenifer Griffin just reported that Milley was acting routinely in trying to calm China’s fears about the election, that he was simply assuring them that all was ok. Milley is claiming the call was taken out of context. Nancy Pelosi had a conversation with Milley and she was frantic, screaming during the call, that Trump was crazy, out of control and she wanted nuclear capability taken from Trump because of what he might do.
