Working with Liberty Counsel I have learned a lot from a conference call with many questions.

Most of the questions were about companies lying and breaking the law. For instance, the company might say if you didn't go to church every Sunday and refuse vaccines all your life, you don't qualify. Wrong: They don't get to decide what your religion is. Also, it's your own belief, not your church. They do this in many different ways so just think: "Are they deciding my religion based on their own criteria?"

They will throw a huge amount of flak your way but you just take a deep breath and throw it back, one step at a time.
Keep appealing denials.
Never quit, force them to fire you.
This applies in every legal situation fighting a corporation:
1. Make them give you all their ridiculous denials in writing, signed by them.
2. Send your replies by snail mail, certified, return receipt requested. They have to sign for that which proves they got it. I can't emphasize enough how important this is. A certified return receipt document screams out to them: "Hey! This person is preparing for legal action or a lawyer is advising him! Don't blow him off, read what he's writing."

I saw this list in another FR thread, and I contacted all of them. Only got replies back from one, Pacific Justice Institute. That’s it. The American Center for Law and Justice even goes so far as to post a banner on their front page saying they can’t take on these cases. So someone needs to do more digging and find larger attorney firms that can help.

It’s 36 pages. But I have iphone and how I did is when use the l_l icon to send web page somewhere, at very top when function pops up, by title of the item it says in blue ‘options’. If click on that you can choose how to send that web page- I always choose ‘reader PDF’ now when you hit send it creates pdf without all the crap AND when web link is gone, you still have the info/details
