How likely is it that the rules will be followed? Will this election be the very first time the rules were followed in California?
We are talking about millions of voters with votes being counted in the heat of battle. How do you know that votes were not flipped or discarded?
I do not think that we will every have a transparent election without first conducting a full forensic audit. Reading rules and concluding that all is well if they are followed might be naive.
Right now I would predict an easy win by Newsom. The fix is in, I suspect.
I remember Al Franken’s ‘sElection.’ There were literally BAGS OF BALLOTS ‘found’ in the trunks of cars. Most of the ‘ballots’ just happened to be 98% for Franken. In Kalifornia, for this September election, the State has graciously allowed anyone to print ballot(s) at home, “to make sure everyone can vote.” yeah, right.
A pointless exercise. No one seems bothered by fraud. The Democrats scarcely try to hide it.
Because we are all too busy to vote on voting day. 3 are in school, with one being in NorCal. I dropped the ballots on the way to taking him & dropping him at school.
Besides this way, I get all of the ballots, I can make sure of the votes & I can make sure they get in on time & are counted.

but after the signature is verified, whoever opens the envelope to remove the ballot can easily see how that person they just voted - and discard or change it out or maybe actually it will be counted correctly by the high speed scanner/tabulator.
They will be processed by the millions. Even if there are only thousands.

Mail-in ballots are simply a means for fraud and more dem votes as they never get counted for the GOP.
Restrict voting to in person only. If necessary, set up voting in person in strictly regulated precincts for a week before election day.

I also got an e-mail back for all 5 ballots I mailed saying they were received & counted.
Interesting how the covid knows to spike when an election is pending, reinforcing the deception of mail in balloting and ballot harvesting..
Out of every 10 (ten) ballots processed, it will go thusly: 9 (nine)ballots to the Democrat candidate
1 (one) ballot to the Republican candidate
