How will mail-in ballots be processed?
Your official mail ballot envelope has a barcode that identifies it as yours. When you return your voted ballot to the Registrar of Voters, your mail ballot envelope will be scanned on a mail sorting machine, capturing an image of your signature.County staff will verify your signature on the mail ballot return envelope compares to the signature on file with your voter registration before the ballot is removed from the envelope and counted with other mail ballots with high-speed, accurate scanners.
How you vote remains confidential as there is nothing on the ballot itself that identifies it as yours.If you do not sign the envelope or the Registrar of Voters staff determines the signatures do not compare, you will be notified by letter at least eight days before the election is certified and be given until two days before certification to resolve the issue.
The Registrar of Voters must certify the results of this election no later than October 14, 2021.

The processing of the mail-in ballots is actually a two step process:
1) Shred the ballots
2) Declare Newsom the winner by a comfortable margin
I dropped my family’s 5 ballots at an in-person site on 09/04 & got the ballot tracker e-mails saying they were received & counted on 09/07.

They will be passed through the machines multiple times until Newsom wins.
With as much fraud as they can.
Many Democrats are fed up with Newsom. The Democrats supported the recall. Without the Democrats the recall probably wouldn’t have got off the ground.
Why are five people not going to vote on voting day ?
This same County once had return envelopes that were different colors for different parties... lol
The fix is in. Mail-in ballots are rife with fraud. California is a lost cause.

So when Newsom wins there will be numerous articles, analysis, witnesses and comments. So what, nothing will come of it. The people sof every state should be all over the election officials, ballot handers and counters like flys on “S”. We are not and deserve everything that is being done to us. Where is the outrage/disobedience/riots over the Arizona canvas audit report? The hell with everyone.
