However, he has exempted the US Postal Service with 644,000 employees from this arbitrary ruling.
It doesn’t make sense! Postal employees are exposed to delivery items handled by strangers, and they go out into public delivering these likely contaminated items. If anyone should be mandated under this ruling, it should be the USPS!
