I foresee Newsom recall going—all for recall—until the last minute when Millions of last minute, mail in votes magically appear. He will be returned to office by a 5% margin. Larry Elder will not become governor NOW—But wait till the general election when he will run and get in. By then Californians will be up in arms—ready to split the state in half in a Unilateral Declaration separation—East California vs West (Blue) California. The Democrats will be seen as the Cheatin’ Party of China elites. They can not let Newsom slip because Elder would expose them (as they should be).

I don’t even think it’s going to require cheating. But I’m glad Larry Elder is running, and maybe at least he will do well enough to move on in politics.
A lot of commentators, etc. should really lay it on the line and go into politics. Trump did.
It’s fine to complain, but that should be only the start. And Larry Elder followed up on this and, while I doubt he’ll win, he put his money where his mouth is and maybe he’ll win something bigger than governor of a sinking state.
Have the Republicans done anything consequential to stop voter fraud?
If not, Newsom gets 60%, easily.
I believe that when the 2020 election fraud settles down, Prez Trump will have won the Popular vote in Cali. IMO
A good showing by Elder sets him up for next time when Newsome in termed out.

Just wait until the final 2020 census numbers are out, probably even lower with all the people fleeing the state. Looks like it will be ~34.7%, down 25% in ten years.

From memory, at least three of those seats were in metropolitan Los Angeles.
Before the election, Judicial Watch sued LA County in federal court and forced them to remove around 1 million names from their voter rolls.
Elder is doing great.
Here in CT we have had some excellent Republican candidates run for office...
and they keep losing and losing—if it gets close then the Democrats have to cheat....
So—sometimes there are no good solutions—only bad ones.
The political right is the new counter-culture. It will grow from here. Sending all these old backroom hacks still fighting the social wars of the 1960s to support Newsom will have negative to zero impact.
Elder has the right message. He may not win this time around but he can keep at it and run again.
