A plurality of voters support the pro-life law in Texas, which effectively bars the deliberate termination of a pregnancy after a fetal heartbeat is detected, a Rasmussen Reports survey released Tuesday found.
“The Supreme Court has refused to block a new Texas law that effectively prohibits most abortions after six weeks of pregnancy. Do you support or oppose the Texas law?” the survey asked.
A plurality, or 46 percent, said they support the law, compared to 43 percent who oppose it. Opinions on the Texas abortion law are sharply divided on party lines, as 70 percent of Republicans support it and 69 percent of Democrats oppose it. A plurality of independents, 44 percent, support it as well.

I’d go so far as to say they are a special kind of stupid to
self identify as loyal U. S. Citizens. I’d include the
McCain Romney types as well. McConnell and Ryan fell into
that category also.

Their argument is that many women don’t know that they are pregnant until after 6 weeks, my wife didn’t until after the first 3 of our 6 children.
With 6 children,29 grands, 15 great grands, oldest great grand son is 15years old so if I live another 5 years or so I could achieve my goal of becoming a great great grand father, I am very pro life.

I understand that argument to a point too, but they would
argue against any restrictions almost to the point of
killing kids after birth, if further legislation were passed
against it.
Any missed periods or other signs would need to be followed
up on immediately.
