At least two of the 9-11 hijackers probably had a U.S.-based support network, according to a former FBI agent.
Danny Gonzalez worked on “Operation Encore,” the still-secret investigation into the two Saudi hijackers who were based in San Diego. Gonzalez told CBS News he’s confident the records of that operation will show the hijackers had help.
“19 hijackers cannot commit 3,000 mass murders by themselves,” Gonzalez told the network.

Gee - ya think?
Timely reporting...
20 years later, that "support" network has increased considerably with our lack of immigration controls.
DNC policy goals.
How is this news?
I remember hearing back in the day that many of the 19 had been in the US for a long time, including going to flight training school, romps of gambling & drinking (to look like they fit in), and travel.
They were getting paid and getting support. Not news. Apparently I should click the link and find out what the real story is here.
I'm not sure I believe that, but it wouldn't surprise me if someone here in the US provided support. Also wouldn't surprise me if that support came from the US Intelligence community, or Federal law enforcement.
“19 hijackers cannot commit 3,000 mass murders by themselves,” Gonzalez told the network.
What sort of “help” is he referring to? It is no secret they had bank accounts and credit/debit cards since they were in the country for a long period of time before 9/11/2001.
This guy is probably writing a book or getting ready to do so and wants the visibility.
Yes I agree and George Bush allowed all of them to fly home while locking down Americans.
He later received many $millions to his foundation. Over $10 million from the Saudi’s I have read. How much altogether I do not know but he is set.
Perfect for a change of focus, from "Joe Biden can't change his own diaper without help", to "it's all George Bush's/Donald Trump's fault!!"
;^)
How many of the 9/11 hijackers were FBI paid informants.
Of course the had support here. Too bad it was from the U.S. state department and their refusal to deport them.
Who isn't these days?
“The spice must flow.”
Herbert only saw half of it.
The spices must flow.
From the East and from the South.
The Saudi government used weasel words to deny “official” involvement in 9/11. Likewise, the conclusion of the Commission that there was no “evidence” Bayouni had terrorist leanings is laughable. After all, nothing unusual about randomly meeting two of the hijackers in a restaurant, encouraging them to move to San Diego and helping them open bank accounts and rent an apartment.
All of America knows this except for the FBI-CIA
We knew this in 2001. The most of the Hijackers were here on student visas, but a few of the ringleaders were here on permanent resident status.
Here’s another newsflash for the Post: There were supposedly going to be 20 hijackers, 5 each for the four planes, but one for Flight 93 that went down in Pennsylvania was apparently a no-show and that flight only had four.
“Also wouldn’t surprise me if that support came from the US Intelligence community, or Federal law enforcement.”

Brennan’s questionable loyalty dates back to the terrorist attacks on 9/11.
On September 18, 2014, on the Ground Zero radio program, a whistle blower named Greg Ford of the 223rd Military Intelligence Battalion claimed that Brennan, as chief of the CIA station in Jeda, overrode concerns and ordered that the visas of the 19 plane-hijackers be stamped. At 1:32:47 into the interview, Ford talked about ISIS and how it was created. Someone called in with a question about 9/11. Ford said:
“All 19 high jackers? Where did they get their visas stamped before they came to this country to launch 9/11? They got their visas stamped in the CIA station in Jeda. And the second in command said ‘No way, absolutely we are not going to stamp those visas.’ And the fellow who was in charge, his name was John Brennan. He was the person who overrode those concerns and cautions and ordered those visas stamped in Jeda.”
There have long been rumors that John Owen Brennan is a Muslim convert. A member of this Confortium, John Molloy, Chairman of the National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition, has heard of those rumors from his military sources. Now, we have published confirmation from a credible journalist.

“In addition to the United States being in a post-constitutional era, civil war was brought down on Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Yemen. Springmann’s book provides yet another detailed look into the history of the CIA’s vast misdeeds and criminal activity and the State Department’s inherent incompetence and corruption.”
I cannot help but wonder if Federal Bureau of Instigation agent Danny Gonzalez might have helped with the planning. That seems to be the modern Federal Bureau of Instigation’s strong suit.
