The Hospital here is not only negligent in attempting to create fear of Ivermectin, it is now used in many foreign nations. but the hospital is criminal in violation of patient civil rights Its a safe, over the counter drug with very low toxicity !

An absolute lie. The pill form is on the WHO's list of essential medicine and is widely taken orally in Africa for River Blindness.
Clearly the judge lied when said he would consider all the evidence, he in fact ignored most of the evidence and went with the propaganda laced government version.

This is the simple truth, although many people will refuse to believe it. One should not under any circumstance go to a hospital for treatment of COVID. Hospitals are monetarily incentivized to "treat" you according to a protocol that will, much more likely than not, cause you to die.
