The Hospital here is not only negligent in attempting to create fear of Ivermectin, it is now used in many foreign nations. but the hospital is criminal in violation of patient civil rights Its a safe, over the counter drug with very low toxicity !

Clearly the judge lied when said he would consider all the evidence, he in fact ignored most of the evidence and went with the propaganda laced government version.

No mention of vitamin D or IV vitamin C or Thiamine or blood thinners. No wonder so many people do not survive hospitalization.

I don’t see he problem here. By the court order according to the article, it states if the patient is not getting life threatening side effects from the use of the drug, then its continued use is up to the discretion of the attending physician. However, if the patient is doing fine and improving with the use, then it can be continued. If the physician takes him off the drug, and the patient lapses into failure and dies, then the doctors can be prosecuted.
A doctor may be held criminally liable only when the evidence establishes beyond a reasonable doubt that the doctor’s treatment created a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the patient would die, medical malpractice.
But another thought is if the patient lapses due to the withdrawing of the drug, and the doctor stands to the decision to remove its use and not restart it if time allows, and it should, there is a possible murder charge.
