Even if you could find somebody high up enough in the military to order such a thing, it’s entirely possible they’ll have to fight their way through The Secret service. I have no doubt in my mind that all The Secret Service surrounding Biden and Harris were probably hand selected by ValJar.
She probably gave them explicit orders that no one is to get near them. I would also be willing to bet that she has given them specific orders that no one who has any intention of arresting the president will get near them without The Secret Service doing everything in their power, including giving their lives, to prevent that.

There is no crime of "high treason" in the US Code, and the chances of the military arresting any President are zero.

I don’t believe there is ever a Constitutional case for the
military to be involved in removing the President.
If Congress were eliminated somehow, the military might have
to take action to remove him in time of national emergency.
It should require a presidential condition similar to what
we are seeing now, or perhaps him going near crazy do to
mental stress and attempting to use military options clearly
not called for.
You can stop asking, it's a dumb question. That's not how our system of government works.

Are you arguing for a military coup? That for sure would throw the country into civil war.
The correct thing to do would be to invoke the 25th Amendment and failing that, impeaching Biden for his quid pro quo with the President of Afghanistan, where he tried bribing him to pretend the Taliban wasn't capable of taking over Afghanistan in return for aid.
The likelihood of that happening: about as likely as the military committing a coup and arresting Biden. (Ain't gonna happen.)
