The victory of the Taliban in Afghanistan, along with the sometimes-chaotic withdrawal of American forces from that country, has produced a gusher of conservative commentary comparing President Joe Biden to his 1970s Democratic predecessor, Jimmy Carter. "This is Joe Biden's Jimmy Carter Moment" the New York Post declared. "He is like Jimmy Carter on acid," Meghan McCain, the former TV host, announced on Twitter. The conservative Washington Examiner had two different columnists connect the legacies of Biden and Carter in recent weeks, but that was restrained compared to the Wall Street Journal, where opinion pieces identifying Biden-Carter similarities have become almost routine.
Needless to say, Fox News has also jumped on the Biden-Carter bandwagon.

Carter was never fundamentally good.
Heavens, a lot of people suckered for that claim.
The man had a terrible temper, and he would remain vindictive
for a long long time.
His connection to religion was tenuous at best.
He betrayed his own wife in a pornagraphic magazine interview.
In case the implications aren’t clear, he played a part
in publishing an article about him, in a magazine that
exploited women for profit. So anyone not specifically
interested in pornography, would have to have a pornographic
magazine in the home to read the article.
He betrayed the Shah of Iran and supported the set up of
an Islamic Caliphate to replace his government. His excuse,
the Shaw was too authoritarian. Islam isn’t.
The women of Iran were set back thousands of years in their
lives thanks to this wonderful “Christian”.
He also negotiated to let North Korea develop nuclear
weapons and long range ICBMs.
He defaulted on negotiating to keep running the Panama
Canal, and let China walk right into this hemisphere to
replace us.
Fundamentally morally bankrupt is what you meant to say...
We’re all sinners, but Carter was especially good at it.
Carter is thankful for Biden.......

Under cover of Biden and his stupidity the bureaucrats are running on unchecked steroid fueled tyranny right now. Biden has become a clown show to draw attention from what they are doing while nobody is watching. They love this crisis.
Failure in government grows spending and straps liberties. Nobody in government has any desire to succeed at anything measured on conventional metrics. The goal is to grow spending and power. That is only done with failed government efforts which cause bureaucrats to "fix" failed programs with the only tool they have, more spending.
Biden is the biggest perpetual stimulus in Beltway business. It will only get worse.
