Maybe they can go to the US embassy that Biden is considering manning as per Taliban request

“...Thirteen US troops were killed along with 170 Afghans at the airport when a single suicide bomber detonated his vest.

Among them were Navy medic Max Soviak, and Marines Hunter Lopez, Rylee McCollum, David Lee Espinoza, Kareem Nikoui, Jared Schmitz, Ryan Knauss, Daegan Page, Taylor Hoover and an unnamed special forces soldier.

McCollum’s wrestling coach and a close family friend told DailyMail.com that ‘heads should roll’ over the debacle.

Ben Arlotta said he is furious at the Biden administration and blames the White House for putting soldiers in an unnecessarily dangerous position.

‘It’s a junk show, an absolute junk show. Not just for Rylee but for every serviceman and woman over there. They were put in a very terrible spot. In my opinion this entire circumstance has been mismanaged from every level,’ he told DailyMail.com.

‘The only thing I can hope for is that accountability isn’t forgotten. Because for the 13 men who were killed yesterday, heads need to roll for the way things have gone.

Nikoui’s father Steve told The Daily Beast on Friday: ‘They sent my son over there as a paper pusher and then had the Taliban outside providing security. I blame my own military leaders… Biden turned his back on him. That’s it.’

Schmitz’s father, meanwhile, said: ‘Be afraid of our leadership or lack thereof. Pray every day for the soldiers that are putting their lives at risk, doing what they love which is protecting all of us.’...”

and I wonder that of all the Afghans killed in the bombing, were there any Taliban killed. If not, that is a good indication Taliban was in collusion with ISIS.

At the very least, they are responsible for giving Trump nothing but grief for four years. They didn’t want a strong US president. They wanted a weak, marshmallow US president.

They got what thy wanted. Now they have to deal with the consequences.

In reply to your question: “...or are other countries also responsible for this muck-up?

“On the weekend of August 14, German diplomats routinely driving through Kabul’s diplomatic quarter noted an oddity. US soldiers who usually keep guard had abandoned the compound.

The Germans also noticed that the road to the international airport, normally secured by American troops, was also undefended. They called around to Western colleagues and learned that the US had withdrawn the forces to their own embassy, according to German press reports.

Only the next day did US diplomats inform their allies that they, too, should leave the so-called Green Zone and head to the airport, as the Americans were already doing.

The casual lack of consultation was only one of several affronts inflicted on Washington’s North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allies as US President Joe Biden’s disorganized retreat from Afghanistan took shape.

At the very least, it seemed an act of ingratitude. In a show of solidarity in 2001, NATO volunteered to help the US conquer Afghanistan after the 9/11 terror attacks on New York City and Washington. They then joined “nation-building” efforts to train Afghan security forces and build civil society. Now, they were being left in the lurch.

It should have come as no surprise. Allies were not consulted on Biden’s April decision to unconditionally withdraw from Afghanistan on a specific date. His decision replaced his predecessor Donald Trump’s condition that the Taliban should first set up a power-sharing agreement with the Afghan government. ...”

The impact of this disaster will be felt across the world for a generation. As pointless as the endless war establishment was, it kept its promises to our foreign partners. Even the Obama administration grudgingly kept up its agreements with Israel, even as it negotiated with Iran. Obama pushed around the edges, and Kerry did sell Israel out on minor things in the UN, but it wasn’t abandoned.

Now, in the span of a week and a half, there is no longer any mooring to a trustworthy America on the world stage and there is no benefit for our adversaries nor our partners to pretend that there is. Everything will come with more risk, less trust, more uncertainty.

The ChiComs fear NATO solidarity. Since they control XiJinBiden, by having the US pack up and leave, before telling NATO members, it can drive a wedge between NATO members, perhaps, eventually, leading to its dissolution. Exactly what the ChiComs want.
