I was there for a few days at about the same time. It was bizarre. Certainly did not seem like 30 percent along Canal Street.
They can blame Biden. He's just a place holder for Harris/Clinton anyway.

I think the plan is to give the locals Jabs before allowing them on buses.
That should guarantee it takes many hours to fill the buses since some of the locals might put up a fight....
