There are efforts underway to develop a system that will enable travelers from Hamid Karzai International Airport to recover baggage that was lost in transit. Once that system is in place, information about how to locate lost luggage will be posted on this page.
Somehow I think recovering one’s Kashmir is a relatively low priority in Kabul.

Would people really care all that much about lost luggage, given the fact that they continue to have their lives?
Are there that many cases of lost luggage? How many people packed heavily for the trip? I bet most just brought maybe a change of clothes, their papers and money. And medications.

I keep hearing that “most of” the people who are being evacuated are Afghans. And that’s good, if they were really helpful to us (and not engaged in taqiyya), but why not evacuate a few more AMERICAN soldiers?
