Filing articles of impeachment when they don’t remotely have the votes is a waste of time. But you can have fun cheering them on. If they did have the votes, they would be doing nothing because they’d be afraid of “being blamed” for a backlash.

All true. But an impeachment of Blinken might be the one thing that could ever get Lizard Cheney and Rand Paul on the same page.
I agree…and I keep saying, why shoot them down when they do something good? A little encouragement would be good, because if they think people aren’t going to vote for them no matter what they do, why should they make the effort to do the right thing?
I saw a whole list of all the GOP Reps calling for Biden to resign or in some cases calling for his impeachment. And of course I saw the usual FReepers scoffing, jeering and generally feeling cool by announcing how much they hated so and so…and completely ignoring what he had said.
If we’d gotten more GOP Reps elected, they would actually have had the power to impeach Biden.

But, while they are at it, you know, filing meaningless pieces of paper, why not file against ALL Democrats who can be impeached?
