It looks a few of the Justices finally found their cojones hidden under the bench.
Sort of. No one is going to pay back rent, and millions will soon be unemployed due to mandatory vax shots.
I smell bad times ahead.

Kavanaugh was on record as saying it could not be extended, he had no choice but to flip.

Whether or not a moratorium was a good idea, the Supreme Court was right to say the CDC didn’t have the authority to impose it.

Oh yes. It’s gonna be interesting if the landlords will be able to declare the losses on their taxes. Gonna be hard for the IRS to deny that deduction and if they do I’d be headed to court with a good tax attorney.
But, if they want to avoid this, apply for Section 8 approval. Never have to worry about a check ever again. It’s how Pressley and Tlaib were able to keep the rent checks flowing during all that nonsense, I’m betting
But this could also be a nefarious operation for Wall St to continue to snatch up as much of the housing market as possible. Property owner forced to sell. Blackrock is there to buy it for above market value. Foreclosure, Blackrock buys the foreclosure from the bank. All done with help from its puppet in the White House.
