The U.S. will reportedly approve a COVID-19 coronavirus booster shot in six months, rather than eight, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The report comes the same day that Pfizer said that it has started the application process for a third dose of its vaccine for everyone ages 16 and older. The company said it will complete the application with the Food and Drug Administration by the end of this week....

Nothing says “quality work” like speeding up the schedule.
It’s only an unknown protocol they’re injecting in to over a billion humans.

Something tells me they know something horrible is outside the confines and safety protocols of a virus laboratory.
For those interested, J&J did a phase 2 study of booster shot. It has not afaik moved to phase 3 study. They only studied antibodies levels, they did not have a placebo arm to study rates of infection, serious illness etc.
They further said that the antibody levels increase 9 fold over the single shot. At the same time, they said the single shot confers good immunity against all known variants and that it seems to last longer than 6 months.
They are suggesting that those who got the J&J jab would not need a second jab until somewhere around 6-8 months after the first.

They are going to have a hard time getting most currently vaxed to go for the first booster, much less the subscription model.
If it turns out you are more susceptible to catching the rona and more susceptible to serious disease as a vaxed and the only hope for you is a booster, I don’t know what will happen, but people will be really upset.
It’s like when your phone updates... that’s all.

I’ve thought of that, they know a variant with high morbidity will eventually come along, not sure when, but is guaranteed. Fear is that it would be very destabilizing to civil order, as in collapsed governments to the south, millions of immigrants at border, etc.
So have decided that vax mandates, even with all of the medical and social problems entailed, and enforced globally as much as possible, offers best chance of holding everything together.
They can’t tell the truth because that would create same problem they are trying to avoid.

This possibility has occurred to me as well.
But the government has so lost all credibility that even if they level with on that, they are not to be believed.
Or you can’t have faith that what they think will happen is based on good evidence.
Or you can’t have faith that they are competent enough to have come up with a vaccine that will really keep us safe anyway and that isn’t itself fraught with so many problems that it is better to take our chances in surviving the variants that are coming.
But if the government were really afraid of what might be coming, what would not be coming are thousands of illegal immigrants and dubiously-screened refugees.

What happens when the boosters start “bricking” people?
I think it is more like a more efficient ‘birth control’ method to reduce the size of the herd.
Our leadership is a total joke, at the international, federal, state and local level.
If there were a real pandemic we would all be dead by now—.gov at all levels destroyed their credibility and a large number of folks would just ignore them.
Why not just approve it tomorrow if the decision has already been made? Why the grandstanding filling out meaningless paper work?
Knowing approval is coming in 6 months rather than 8 sounds an awful lot like it’s already been approved but they want to make it appear like it was scrutinized more than it actually was.
The country shall shut down between May 15th through June 15th and Oct 15th through Nov for the purpose of injecting the people. This of course means that mail in voting will be required for all future elections and Memorial Day is cancelled.
