If they indeed face court martial for not taking the vaccination, what will the legal charge be??
Every member of every one of our Armed Forces should refuse. See how long it takes to file Court Martial charges against every one of them.
Probably Article 92.
Insubordination? Not following a direct order? But then, if you believe that the order is an illegal one, and would put you, or other's lives at risk, you have the right to disobey, and then fight the charges based on that claim.
We get military recruiters calling the house weekly to ask about my twenty-something kids. I ask them how far they are from reaching their quotas. They laugh but don’t answer.

LOL any subordinate in military is not qualified to determine what is legal or not legal. Only the lawyers in military can determine that.

I’ll bet thousand and thousands have already had Covid. They should be checked for antibodies FIRST. Natural immunity has been found to be better than these “experimental” vaccines.
Forced vaccines are a great way to assure the loyalty of your troops. If I was forced I’d be looking to get even in some way and at some point.

As a non trusting citizen of our govt. now, how do we know for a fact that govt. Workers, including military, are actually getting covid vaxx, like the rest of us are ordered to do?
They do this all the time, anyways. My brother in law was sent to desert storm back in the 90s and they shot him up with all sorts of crap that he couldn’t get an answer about outside of “the enemy uses chemical and biological weapons and this is to help you with that.”
Part of the problem with the military is that they experiment on you in these circumstances and you signed a contract that allows them to do so.
Anthrax vax reactions and people who refused the vax was kinda a big deal a few years ago. Lots of service members left the service, or had a bad reaction.
Maybe this is just one more of the CCP wishlist benefit from the release of China Virus. 800,000 court marshals on the enemy side !!
