The Supreme Court does not have or hold authority to enforce their decisions. The Excutive Branch executes and enforces the law. The Constitution has not been followed for decades so maybe something is afoot. Still though maybe not ...
We unfortunately have someone in the WH who doesn’t believe in our system of government. Checks and balances, legislative and judicial branches are a hindrance. When you have an “I’m the King” mentality and a media that carries that water for you, why would anything the SC says mean anything unless it agrees with your latest ruling?

Not the final disposition. This is just refusing to put a stay on the District Court judge’s ruling pending the appeal. So the ruling is in full force, and the federal government has to continue Trump’s stay in Mexico policy. Tough titty, Joe. Maybe you’ll abruptly give Texas, New Mexico, California and Nevada back to Mexico, and let them have fun with their old territories. Pull out all federal troops and offices. California’s become a third-world sh!thole as it is anyway. The Mexicans might actually improve on it (can LA and Frisco possibly get any worse?), and keep Larry Elder out of the state house.

The Constitution only provides that Supreme Court can rule. Enforcement is left to Executive branch. No Supreme Court ruling can be enforced without the Executive branch enforcing. Was a formality and understood the Executive would abide by rulings of Supreme Court except ..... Not since Andrew Jackson can I recall a ruling by the Supreme Court to not be adhered to. America may have reached a period where the Supreme Court will be laughed out of existence by the Executive branch or the Court will be packed.
Maybe FDR also ignored a Supreme Court ruling or three
