Vaccine passport requirements have come to Gotham. Restaurants have started asking patrons to see their vaccination cards along with IDs to dine inside. Starting Sept. 13, restaurants, museums and certain other indoor venues not doing that will be fined.

We’ve known for some time that restaurants are not major COVID-19 spreaders. You’re not catching COVID standing near someone for a few minutes at the Guggenheim. The main source of COVID transmission is close, prolonged contact. In other words, if you’re going to contract it, it will most likely be from your dining or museum companion, not a stranger nearby. So why bar unvaccinated New Yorkers from participating in city life?
The idea is no longer mainly to persuade people to get vaccinated but to punish them for not following orders. Authoritarianism is always done “for our own good,” you see. Under totalitarian regimes, punishment camps are called “re-education” camps, to teach you how to be a better person in society.

It is only expected that business owners are making a business decision to segregate towards a more healthy clientele.

Correct, they do not. We were warned repeatedly about vaccinating with “leaky” vaccines during a pandemic. But we did it anyway.

Somebody’s assumptions are all wrong, its very simple, it’s all about control and these vaccines are designed too keep it spreading and mutating...Till we as a nation breaks down into a tyrannical Government calling all the shots and destroying anyone that stands up to them..

Diseases spread in waves with an up part, a top, and a down part. So unless this disease is completely different it will come in a wave and have a down part. The evidence that these “vaccines” will even help stop the spread is spotty. They might actually be making it worse. Plus the vaccines like covid 19 do kill a small percentage of those exposed to them. Coercing people to take them is completely unjustified.

For people without the vaccine, the virus doesn't need to mutate to keep infecting a host. It's only when the vaccine interferes with the reproduction/spread of the virus that it is forced to mutate into something new, so as to allow continuation of its "life cycle".
So it would seem to me that being vaccinated would be the driving force behind the mutation of the virus, not those who are not vaccinated.
In much the same way as the use of penicillin "creates" drug-resistent diseases, the diseases mutate to circumvent the "cure".
So what is wrong with my logic here?
