I would expect three categories:
1) Afghan terrorists chosen by the Taliban to spread trouble in the West.
2) Afghans who helped the US and need to be protected from the Taliban.
3) US citizens.
I think Group 1 is prioritized in terms of rescue. Group 3 is definitely last in line.
At the outset of this whole biden created debacle the mummy in chief himself said Americans would not have priority in getting out....America last you know.

Where are there any numbers even mentioning AMERICANS evacuated? I’m not seeing that on the Twitter post. I did see some comment in that twitter feed about only 16% of the Evacuees are American, but again I see no actual mention of how many AMERICANS have been evacuated.

How many of the Afghans are SIVs versus just plain evacuees with no connection to the US? Biden is padding the numbers with refugees.
The point of the collapse (and the 20 years of glorious experience there) was that it’s very hard to know to trust in that culture. I think Americans have a hard time understanding the degree of corruption in such a place.
