A document that the group’s founder Catherine Engelbrecht circulated to prospective donors, obtained by Breitbart News, details several facets of the investigation—which centers on what the group describes as the collection of cell phone GPS ping data in key election hotspots around the country including Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.
“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”
In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.

I’m so grateful these people are chipping away at this.
It seems almost impossible that we can overturn 2020 theft. The bad guys have too much power.
But perhaps we can at least disrupt them or catch them in the act in 2022 - then if we get enough of a fair fight, we will win the legislature and we can then enact real election reform with teeth.

I agree. Through the TEA party I met a few people who were working with Mrs. Engelbrecht and they were all dedicated Patriots. I understand from them that she just inspires tenacity and loyalty.

There must be public databases. They wouldn’t do this if they can’t publicly refer to the data, let alone use illegal data.
I’ve seen limited applications but this is the broadest application drilling down and it’s an incredible piece of work.

My own theory is: They got voter rolls from previous elections, put together a list of thousands of voters who regularly DO NOT VOTE, prepared fake mail-in ballots for these voters, and then stuffed ballot drop boxes.
All votes look fully legal. Only a handful of people actually show up to vote and find that they already have.
It’s the easiest, foolproof way. It just take time. And, of course... plenty of time was given.

Yeah, the envelopes have freakin holes so people can SEE THROUGH THEM, and tell right away, if the person voted to recall Newsolini, or not.

In a sane world, anyone caught in election fraud would go to jail FOR A VERY LONG TIME- But, unfortunately, we don't live in a sane world.
