Good to reign in Comrade Beshear. Now the U.S. Supreme Court should forbid government at any level and any company from requiring people to take an experimental vaccine.

Full disclosure: I voluntarily took the vaccine.

GOP leg has supermajority, could impeach him and his LT.......I’ve been told that’s a bad idea without sufficient pretext.

But you know, they did steal the damn election.

I took the vaccine too. And I believe in freedom and I don’t care if some chose to despise me for taking the vaccine - or “Satan Juice”, or whatever....

Glad to see a small curbing of dictatorial powers.

Oh the public school teachers are furious along with the fools who think this little punk will save them. He is pulling a different stunt in ordering surreptitiously his departments to do his mandates. The state department of education has ordered another mask mandate.

The legislature could impeach but like all Republicans are too gutless to play hardball with the Democrats. The Democrats have no power other than the governor and the bureaucracies in the state and they could be obliterated if the KY GOP did what needed to be done.

The Pfizer vaccine will be fully approved in September.

see, no one despises you for taking the experimental treatment

that’s your personal risk decision for your medical and health, thats your best judgment for you

we despise the people that want to demonize and penalize the people who decide not to take it

there’s no demonization of anyone by media or government FOR taking it, they are bribing people to take it, begging, harassing people to take it

the only demonizing is the totalitarians who dont want people to choose to NOT take it based on their risk assessments and personal medical and health reasons

no one is coming after you, those who took it

everything is coming after those who dont choose to take it, to the point they want to make it impossible to live and work and travel

” from requiring people to take an experimental vaccine.”

It won’t be experimental Monday. The corporations run our government.

Actually, I’ve taken abuse here on FR for CHOOSING to take the Trump Vaccine. Anti-vaxers go after those who take the vaccine like pro-abortionists go after a prayer meeting.

My WIFE has chosen to skip the vaccine. Her choice. After 30+ years of marriage, I’m not going to attack her. Nor she me. But in the public arena, EITHER choice will subject one to abuse from folks on BOTH sides who cannot live and let live.

Everyone should have the choice to do as they like about their health. And it might be the best for them even if it worked out poorly for someone else.

Just leave people alone.

Or they get annoyed.

And that can be very bad for your health.

What is *rare* about the decision is that the commie KY supreme court never fails to rubber stamp King Andy’s edicts.
No wonder the little sh1t was stunned.

No problem, since he is a past master at using state regulatory agencies to implement his fascist agenda by telling businesses to force his covid regulations on their customers and employees or they will find themselves shut down for totally unrelated “violations”.

Think I’m kidding? Business owners have complained confidentially about this to members of the state legislation. They are afraid to say anything publicly out of fear they will be targeted by Andy’s regulatory Gestapo agents. I was told this by a member of the KY legislature.

I doubt it will change much. Beshear will find another way to mask the students. Probably with some policy from the state board of ed to the local boards. He’ll make sure he doesn’t lose.
