How the surveillance state keeps track of the proles, with Google's help. To avoid arrest, don't be in the wrong place.

I’m more than a little surprised to learn that law enforcement agencies don’t just set up and run their own reverse geo-coding services and instead go to Google.

Considering google usually has me in the wrong state I’m probably always in the wrong place at the wrong time

What is unmentioned in the story is how one company has the entire social network of the United States and its grubby little hands. This is one of the main reasons why our freedoms are evaporating.

We need some draconian data privacy laws to reign in these arrogant pukes.

Use this to find out whom has been whispering into Bidets ears.

That information will never be available from Google. Joe Biden is a Democrat.

Google is a cheap whore—no need for marriage.

Tho not foolproof, you can adjust all your location type settings [and there are a lot of them, not just in google] and deny permissions where you reasonably can. You can turn them on for specific tasks and then turn them back off.

No need to make it easy for them.

Alexa thinks I am in Carlsbad, CA.

Wrong coast, but good guess.

Let’s go back to the good ol’ days. Leave the hi-tech phone at home & use cash.

Even better, leave your phone at home when you're out on a crime spree. That will force Google to be your alibi witness.

Anyone who was in the area of a crime is not a suspect, and must have his rights respected. But they won’t be.

Was the iphone invented to make it easier to arrest people, or to send messages and make phone calls?

There is no way I would trust that to be true--even if it were true!
