Taliban have started entering Kabul from all sides - Afghan interior ministry
Three Afghan officials have also confirmed Taliban militants have entered the outskirts of the city.
Kabul is the last major city that has not yet fallen to the Taliban.
Taliban orders its fighters to refrain from violence in Kabul
A Taliban leader in Doha has told fighters not to create violent scenes in the capital and allow safe passage to anyone who chooses to exit, according to Reuters news agency.
Kabul airport remains the only route out of Afghanistan.
However, women have also been told to move to protected areas - which seems in contradiction with orders to move in peacefully.

20 years and $88 billion in US taxpayers money and it took one month to fall to the Taliban under the installed Usurper.
Now it’s being reported that the Taliban have taken control of some our military equipment and plan on giving it to Iran for study.
You would think that the Taliban would let their victims have a good night rest before the slaughter to come!....

Our generals have spoken for decades about the general incompetence of Arab armies and how difficult it is to train them in anything. As the Afghanis share the same faith and tribal mentality I am willing to be the same holds true.

I only slightly blame biden for this. Even if he was mentally capable of grasping the true situation, I wouldn’t blame him much . The 0bama Perfumed Princes of the Pentagon, and the globalist leftist career hacks at the Department of State are to blame. Heck, ‘W.’ Bush and his ‘nation building’ efforts are more to blame than dementia biden is.
The Taliban, in a couple of weeks has gained control of vastly more territory and is a thousand times better armed than they were when we began the 20 year war against them. Joe may have signed an order telling Milley and the other generals to just abandon all of the weapons, supplies and facilities, but he only signed what someone told him to sign. The bought-and-paid-for generals and their Military industrial Complex paymasters are the ones that wanted it that way.
Note: they paid around $770-million for the US embassy built.
This is mostly on Bush II. He got the ball rolling on the whole trying to turn desert tribesmen in latte sipping San Francisco metrosexuals plan. This is his baby. Obama continued and extended this nonsense. What Biden can be blamed for is throwing Trump’s timetable out the window and having America stage a humiliating and dangerous retreat rather than an orderly withdrawal.
I’d be happy for China to enter that quagmire.

The Afghan “Army” was only propped up the US presence.
You can’t buy patriotism. There is no country of Afghanistan. It’s just a bunch of tribal areas in mostly mountainous regions. There’s no real country for the Afghan Army to fight for.
