China will just genocide everyone in sight with no second thoughts. This is a direct descendant of the same government that has murdered around 75,000,000 going back to Mao. They have much better tech now, too. Ask the Uighers.
I can’t think of any reason China would even think of making a military move in Afghanistan. They might try to develop economic ties, but otherwise they will leave the Taliban alone. They are no threat to China.
