Andrew Cuomo’s resignation, as far as I’m concerned, was long overdue.
I’m thrilled to see his fall from grace. It is much deserved. But I can’t help thinking he resigned for the wrong scandal.
While his abhorrent behavior merited his resignation, another scandal should have brought him down much sooner.
On March 25, 2020, Andrew Cuomo ordered nursing homes to accept patients regardless of their coronavirus status. While it was still early in the pandemic, it was known even then that the elderly were more vulnerable to the virus. The policy was a disaster in the making, yet Cuomo defended it. Nursing homes “don’t have a right to object. That is the rule and that is the regulation and they have to comply with that,” Cuomo said in April, apparently unwilling to admit that he was wrong. Well, he did relent eventually. He finally rescinded the order on May 11, but the damage had been done. Cuomo enabled a massive outbreak in New York nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Who knows how many people perished unnecessarily because of that policy.
In addition to undercounting deaths, Cuomo attempted to cover up his mistake with a bogus investigation that naturally vindicated him. His administration’s investigation concluded that the decision to send patients who tested positive for the coronavirus into nursing homes was not a “significant factor” in the thousands of deaths that occurred in nursing home facilities statewide.
Adding insult to injury, the Cuomo administration report blamed nursing home staff and visitors for unknowingly infecting nursing home patients. The report, which Cuomo praised, was issued by Health Commissioner Dr. Howard Zucker, a Cuomo appointee.

purposefully. distract from murders he authorized of the elderly.
End justifes means. Wasn’t it something as pedestrian as unpaid income taxes that finally put Al Capone in jail?
If you see a Brass Ring, grab it!
Bingo. Annoying women is a bigger crime than killing old people. What else would you expect from a culture that kills unborn children out of convenience?
This is basically the far far left taking down their far left rivals with radical feminism. Be wary of using the tools of the left in a way that inadvertently strengthens them.
Killing thousands of elderly people? Fine. Dandy. Cool.
Sexually harassing 11 women? Gotta go.
Think!
Can you elaborate?
The selected approach exalts the religion of feminism while saving the skins of those who advised, enabled, and obeyed Cuomo in the nursing home deaths scandal. For the Democrats, what’s not to like?
The useful scandal with little to know blowback or collateral damage. Easier reporting too.
Jeez. Bytch bytch bytch. Some people would complain if they were hung with a new rope.
IMHO, Cuomo ticked off another Liberal, and it didn’t have anything to do with the very mild COVID, sexual battery, or sexual harassment. It was either a very disgusting crime, or he ticked off a very infamous powerful liberal, or both. Sexual crimes are a badge of honor to liberals.
They aren’t done with him. Now out of power he’s gonna find out how many enemies he has and how hated he is.
What’s over/under on when Fredo gets shitcanned? I’m going 3 months.
If he starts divulging info on the real purpose, and real culprits for CV19, he will be “arkancided”-
Death by natural suicidal double taps to the head, followed by suicide by plane crash, followed by suicide by train crash, followed by drowning, followed by jumping off a building, etc... all quite natural and “zoonotic” in the clinton world.
Maybe his elder care policy killed too many parents or grandparents of too many deep state operatives and powerbrokers? OTOH, probably not. That crowd is so religiously devoted to euthanasia they are probably indifferent to the death of ANYBODY over the age of say, 60, even in their own families.
So many stupid people without dead man switches.
Soros backed AG James wants to be governess.

Who was it that made Cuomo an offer he couldn’t refuse?
