Listening. Thank you. Sad how some parents need to remind the school board about the Bible, genetics, and law. Yup, the school board in Loudon has members that are illogical and unethical.
Someone please fill me in...I think this is the SB that went off the rails toward Trans policy and managed to tick off the entire town...Right?

1.) Trans people say that gender is a social construct even without proof to bolster their assertion as they cannot go back and tell us when gender was constructed or who constructed it.
2.) They say that under this social construct, people act or behave in society in specific ways and thus they are engaging in gender stereotyping.
3.) They then believe they are a certain gender of the indeterminate number of genders they say exist but never prove that an indeterminate number does exist.
4.) They believe they are a certain gender based upon what they say that certain social construct is, acts, or how it behaves within society.
5.) They do not prove the gender they claim to be is based upon reality, as it could all be fantasy and in their head, a make-believe world, or the gender they claim to be could be derived by negative outward stimuli that pushed them a certain direction into thinking they are a certain “gender”, etc, and feelings aren’t facts.
6.) If gender is a construct, then trans must also be a construct and will have to be deconstructed.
7.) Therefore they need to prove 100% they are a certain gender objectively and not subjectively.
8.) Given they make the claim they are this, the burden of proof is upon them to prove their so-called “gender” as just taking their word for it won’t suffice. Ultimately, they need to provide empirical proof to bolster their feelings.
9.) What objective criteria do they use to determine they are this? Saying they are x, y, or z doesn’t make it so anymore than they clicking their heels together saying “I’m whatever” makes it so.
10.) Feeling you are something doesn’t make it so, whereas, for just a few examples, chromosomes, hip structure, muscle output, bone density, etc, etc, are objective and imperical, can provide a differentiation between genders, and override feelings any day of the week as believing one is trans is ultimately subjective.
