How are they going to demonstrate damages?
name one lie, and prove that it’s a lie- that they stated publicly while KNOWING it was a lie?
How are they going to prove it is a lie?
How are they going to prove that Newsmax KNEW it was a lie?

To be fair, the customer there was in Nevada, but nevertheless it is seems cynical for a company legally based in Delaware and actually based somewhere else (China? Venezuela? California ? oh yeah, Colorado) to sue in federal court in DC.
