8. Choice of Law. Interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Nevada will have jurisdiction to hear and determine questions relating to this Agreement.
To be fair, the customer there was in Nevada, but nevertheless it is seems cynical for a company legally based in Delaware and actually based somewhere else (China? Venezuela? California ? oh yeah, Colorado) to sue in federal court in DC.
