There is growing concern among Tennesseans after Gov. Bill Lee quietly issued an Executive Order on Friday giving the state permission to call up the National Guard and State Guard “in connection with certain health care and emergency services operations.”
Tennessee Stands, an influential statewide conservative coalition, said they found some of the governor’s orders “exceptionally concerning.”
One section of Executive Order 83 would permit the construction of “temporary quarantine and isolation facilities.”
“Telephone assessments for involuntary commitment cases are permitted,” the executive order also states.

About a year ago Lee was cozying up to the Chamber of Commerce to bring in illegals. Now he’s pretending that it’s a problem for him.
There are some diseases for which this could be warranted, but Covid isn’t one of them. Which makes me wonder if there is currently a “threat assessment” of an outbreak of one of these other diseases on the horizon?
One that comes to mind is a very antibiotics-resistant strain of Tuberculosis. There have long been secure quarantine facilities all over the US for this—and they mean it. You can only leave when you are cured or dead. No Habeus Corpus.
Another disease would be Smallpox, theoretically eradicated.

This Paragraph 8 is issued for the limited purpose of authorizing personnel recognized under Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 58-1-203, 58-1-204, and 58-1-402 (collectively, “Personnel”), to serve in certain health care and emergency services roles to reduce system capacity strain resulting from COVID-19. Namely, Personnel may: (1) perform authorized diagnostic testing for COVID-19 in health care settings, including but not to limited to hospitals, emergency departments, and alternate care sites (collectively, “Facilities”); (2) perform authorized nursing and other functions in Facilities; and (3) operate public or privately owned, permitted ambulance service vehicles with a licensed service.
They were never completely full last year.

I would rather die at home from whatever the media-induced pandemic/panic du-jour is rather than submit to indefinite government internment.
You set one foot in such a facility, you will not leave. Not until you have taken every "jab" they decide to give you, sign away whatever rights they deem to require (eg. disarmament, boosters, re-education meetings, medical privacy...), and not until they decide the current "emergency" is over. Remember, we are currently well into year 2 of 2 weeks of masks and restrictions to "flatten the curve."
