There is also the PREP Act invocation as well (through 2024).
To gain an exception to immunity, You have to file before a three-judge court in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. In order to prevail, a plaintiff must establish that willful misconduct was the proximate cause of death or serious injury by clear and convincing evidence.
Essentially, your sole recourse is the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

The push for approval is probably so they can argue that any vaccine mandates are for an approved vaccine instead of an experimental one. Doesn’t matter if the full testing battery was completed or not; as long as it has the seal of approval.
Already had it. After having covid and not wanting to get THAT again. it wasn’t fun. But I’m DONE. No more masks, social distancing, boosters....etc. DONE!

You have to prove that by clear and convincing evidence. That’s a very high standard in a civil case. You also have to prove it in front if a three judge panel in D.C.

I realize, as others have pointed out, vaccine manufacturers and distributors enjoy legal protection from liability. I think what will get them - as in put these companies out of business - is the expectation in those protections that the companies would follow regulations and safety procedures, etc. Basically all those shortcuts they've taken, and the "fast tracking" they are floating now - all support the case that the companies and the FDA acted recklessly, irresponsibly, and ultimately negligently in rushing these through trials and into widespread use.
It only takes one judge to decide one plaintiff has standing, that their case/argument has merit and should be heard... The floodgates will open, and cases will be litigated for the next decade. Even if they survive the legal tsunami, they'll have spent a fair percentage of their net on lawyers.
I believe the vaccine scam was the biggest gamble ever played out by the pharma companies. So far it has paid off tremendously. But the downside consequences could be lurking just around the corner.
