“Many which he left behind when he vacated the property this morning.”
On the upside, you now have a stash of electronics for yourself or you can flip them to recover some of your losses.
Where was this during the bad flu seasons.
That's a great thought, but you can't evict/remove tenants without cooperation from the authorities.
You need the courts, sheriff's depts etc. to get an eviction done.
I’ll say it! 1)The blame for this isnt on the backs of deadbeat renters. 2)Dont blame the lazy fks that stay home and milk the UI+. 3)Dont blame the criminals streaming across our southern border. 4)Dont blame the drug junkies dead in bathroom stalls or fillintheblank dead from fentanyl. 5)The faster this country is brought to its knees the better. 6)Its brutally obvious NOW that this is the only way people in this country will wake tf up....or get overrun. 7)YOU KNOW ITS TRUE!!
Thank Kavanaugh.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES
No. 20A169
ALABAMA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, ET AL. v. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, ET AL.
ON APPLICATION TO VACATE STAY
[June 29, 2021]
The application to vacate stay presented to THE CHIEF JUSTICE and by him referred to the Court is denied.
JUSTICE THOMAS, JUSTICE ALITO, JUSTICE GORSUCH, and JUSTICE BARRETT would grant the application.
JUSTICE KAVANAUGH, concurring.
I agree with the District Court and the applicants that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention exceeded its existing statutory authority by issuing a nationwide eviction moratorium. See Utility Air Regulatory Group v. EPA, 573 U. S. 302, 324 (2014). Because the CDC plans to end the moratorium in only a few weeks, on July 31, and because those few weeks will allow for additional and more orderly distribution of the congressionally appropriated rental assistance funds, I vote at this time to deny the application to vacate the District Court’s stay of its order. See Barnes v. E-Systems, Inc. Group Hospital Medical & Surgical Ins. Plan, 501 U. S. 1301, 1305 (1991) (Scalia, J., in chambers) (stay depends in part on balance of equities); Coleman v. Paccar Inc., 424 U. S. 1301, 1304 (1976) (Rehnquist, J., in chambers). In my view, clear and specific congressional authorization (via new legislation) would be necessary for the CDC to extend the moratorium past July 31.
She has told me to sell it along with her two other properties. She is out of the business for good.
I waved my property management fees for clients that got caught in the eviction ban trap but I still had to charge them for expenses like repairs and taxes.
All my clients are small landlords with under four properties. Just one jack-wagon refusing to pay made a serious dent in their income.
Four of them have decided to get out of the business and I really can not blame them.
Also going to put a serious dent in my income but I will survive.
It seems like everyone here is still under the assumption that this country has not been overthrown yet. Trump should have declared martial law, but that is all water under the bridge now.
If they want to dictate what is done with property, then let them buy it.
NONE! They stole it from us, the public. They don’t pay for squat!
I thought this was BabylonBee satire. I am not surprised the CDC is acting like the US Congress under the Kamala Harris administration. The Constitution is dead. It’s dead, Jim. Been dead a long time.
That said, they are guaranteeing a greater hardship for all involved when the evictions eventually come, unless there is a lifetime moratorium, which is not out of the question with this bunch. Half joking.
I sure miss President Trump. I am still in shock that the US Courts allowed China and the Democrats to steal the election. I really thought the courts would allow a genuine election audit. I had underestimated the rampant governmental corruption rotting all political bodies at every level. Now I know.
The same tactics the OBummer Administration used when a court issued a ruling they didn't like. Ignore it and order the un-Constitutional activity to continue.
Gee, who advised Dementia Joe on this one? Probably no one other than OBummer himself.
I've advocated we all, in unison, stop paying our taxes and bring this government to its knees in the past. The only way it works is if we ALL do it.
They cannot come after all of us, we'd overwhelm the system with non-compliance and force the government's hand to admit there's nothing they can do.
Now that's a revolution without firing a shot.
Yes, I believe they are.
