This is effectively the same as mandating the vaccine.
It’s important to note that state a federal law necessarily excludes healthcare, grocery, public transportation, essential goods and services of any kind.
This can only apply to restaurants, bars, theaters, stadiums etc.
Or the courts will blow it up in short order.
As it is, the courts will only apply it to “non-essential” for a longer time as it’s unconstitutional under the equal protection clause. The same clause that says you have to serve blacks in you bar.
All of it would be eventually overturned. Some of it quickly.

This is incredibly racist. Most Blacks in NYC are NOT vaccinated, while 80% of wealthy Whites are.
Don’t care, I ain’t going to that slum anyway. Been there before, flying through JFK. Picked up my car at the military shipping port coming from Germany. Drove as fast as we could to get across some river into NJ and down the turnpike to Delaware and stopped for the night. Made it through WV and VA into Tennessee the next day and Bama and home the next day. Got the hell out of yankeeland and back to Dixieland.
