A Black man who said a group of white men assaulted him and threatened to “get a noose” at a southern Indiana lake is facing criminal charges more than a year after the confrontation that earlier led to charges against two of the alleged attackers.
Vauhxx Booker, a local civil rights activist and member of the Monroe County Human Rights Commission, was charged with misdemeanor trespass and felony battery for his involvement in last year’s Fourth of July incident at Lake Monroe, according to court documents filed Friday by a special prosecutor in the case.

Of course he's a member of the Monroe County Human Rights Commission.
Special Prosecutor?
Isn’t THAT “special”?
Casey Smith is a corps member for the Associated Press/Report for America Statehouse News Initiative. Report for America is a nonprofit national service program that places journalists in local newsrooms to report on undercovered issues.
I wonder if "Report for America" is another of those Soros-backed initiatives.
Forgiving those who trespassed against us is nice and all, but it’s not required.
F*** you Casey, you self-hating POS, and the 'stylesheet' you rode in on.
The leftist Monroe County prosecutor brought the charges against the White guys before the investigation was completed. They brought in the SP from Hamilton County. She actually read the report from DNR and decided that both sides were at fault. She suggested that the charges against the White guys be dropped and everybody go on their merry way. The Monroe County prosecutor refused to budge so she said fine then I’ll bring charges against the Black guy for his involvement.
Considering that 'black' was capitalized and 'white' wasn't, it's fairly self-evident.
It’s a leftist group out of Boston. They lay part of the salary and expects the local paper to pay half. The local paper, IndyStar, keeps asking for donations to pay their share of the salary for the ‘reporters’.
‘pay’
That is the ASSociated Press style sheet. Other news orgs are doing the same thing.
Whenever I hear allegations of someone being threatened with a ‘noose’, I get suspicious. Maybe it did happen as he says, but most times the person expressing panic about a ‘noose’ ends up being the one who set it into that place. Or it turned out to simply be a rope tied for untility.
Time will tell. I recall a certain biracial drag racer who jumped to conclusions, wound up with egg on face.
I don’t even consider it as possible reality any more.
It’s like in the old days when the ChiComs referred to “Running Dog Yankees” you knew whatever they were going to say was simple propaganda.
Same with nooses, burning crosses, and such. It is all made up until I see a concrete example, and even then I assume it is white people being put up to it by Leftists or a corrupt FBI/DOJ.
Or possibly a member of Pokemon...

Not only is the Left crazy, the Left is also incredibly cheap.
Booker finds out that the race card has a fail mode.
Purdy and McCord claim, according to their lawyers, that Booker was on private property. Hennessy (Purdy and McCord's attorney) said that after they informed Booker of the property line, his clients thought the situation was resolved. Hennessy contends that hours later, Booker again approached Purdy, McCord and a group of others. They say Booker threatened them, claiming to be a county commissioner. That’s when Booker “jabbed a finger” in McCord’s face and proceeded to punch Purdy three times, Hennessy said.“If you go on a neighbor’s property and start punching people, you can be restrained. And (Booker) ended up against a tree,” Hennessy said, arguing that Booker was not attacked. “No talk of a noose, no talk of a rope, no talk of a lynching. No white power.” “There is a grand awakening regarding racial injustice happening in all of our communities. This is long overdue. It is deplorable that a person would be targeted because of his or her race,” Hennessy said. “It is equally deplorable for a person to use his race as a weapon and to arouse public passion over a false allegation.”
These groups not only 'place journalists' they pay their salaries. Is that a red flag or what? Poynter Institute? Probably infiltrated....
This is the most interesting totalitarian tactic in the last 50 years. It's news.
We need to find out 'what newspapers' and what 'networks'..
Newspapers - after decades of downsizing and giving the finger to half their readers (conservatives) are desperate. They rationalize they would cover these subject anyhow...(race and sexual politics issues) so 'why not'... Well, the 'reporters' are twofers - they not only cover things 'elites' and commies want covered, they're newsroom spies. Soros friends want to know who's coming across as a 'conservative'? A casual conversation with the 'reporter' clears that up..
This tactic is no different than large tobacco companies placing 'reporters' in major newspapers in the 50's... keeping an eye on making sure the 'right' stories get space...
