Basic logic: people walking around without masks are deciding to risk potential illness. We can’t have that, because if there are two such people in Walmart, these people choosing this risk might infect EACH OTHER.

(By the way, the excuse about the immune compromised and the elderly after 18 months of all shops finding ways to deliver to homes and cars, is now a non issue. There is no reason for a cancer patient etc to enter a shop. And I completely agree with all of us masking for doctors office buildings, hospitals, and senior centers. )
You absolutley could. One argument would be advocating for totalitarian authorisim and the other would be advocating for freedom...so there is that.
Today in the province of New Brunswick all restriction were lifted.
I went shopping in a couple of stores.
It was a relief and liberating not to have to wear a face diaper and uplifting to be joined by the faces of others.

Ditto vaccines. If your vaccine works, you are in no danger from the un-vaccinated. If your vaccine does not work, then having others take an ineffective treatment gains nothing.
The real struggle here is between the people who want the power to tell everyone else what to do, and the rest of us that enjoy freedom and liberty and just want to be left the {censored} alone.
