I never could figure out just what Michael Steele was doing for the Republican party. He came across as a public relations employee that had no particular job which advanced the party. I saw him on several occasions and he was a glad handing, pleasant person, but had little, if anything, to say that was memorable. Like other RINOS, he is now using his former connection to the Rep party to make money. None of the former GOP hires that now use that connection to belittle and undermine Pres Trump cared about the party to begin with.
