U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland yesterday issued a letter threatening states holding audits of the 2020 U.S. general election with Federal criminal charges.
Today on Steve Bannon’s War Room Pandemic, Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem, who is running for AZ Secretary of State, said that if Maricopa County Board of Elections does not turn over election routers, spunk logs, and other equipment subpoenaed by the State Senate, the issue would be turned over to the AZ Attorney General and equipment could very well be seized within the next 30 days.
Decertification of the 2020 election results by the AZ legislature is also strong possibility.
“AZ AG Mark Brnovich has this authority and he knows it,” declared Finchem.

They will be wiped with a cloth and stored in the same old well as the Mueller team’s cell phones.

This is why republicans LOSE. Because they are weak and stupid and cowardly. No “30 days.”. NOW. Do it NOW.

I didn’t know that Merrick Garland now identifies as a woman.... :)

I believe the routers have already been destroyed, hence the Maricopa Board of Stupidvisors continuing to flip the bird to the Senate, and to the voters of AZ.

Only until Fox and (not your) friends came along to throw the election for Obama/Biden/Harris.

I hear what you’re saying, but he’s bound and determined to cause as much damage as he can in the office he has. A borderline psychopath.

that could very well be true

Agreed, but unlike if he was put on the bench (as Scalia’s replacement...), his AG reign of terror won’t last a lifetime.

Great. Give them 30 days to make absolutely sure that the evidence is destroyed. After all they have only been refusing for what 7 months now.
If you want to catch them destroying evidence, give them 48 hours and watch the building.

Well the election can not be overturned, it was official on Jan 6...even if it proved to be based on intentional fraud.
However, it is critical the audits continue for two great reasons:
1) Make it harder for the Rats to cheat in future elections.
2) Make it nearly impossible for anyone with integrity to hold their nose and vote for them.
Meanwhile, we do not know what the audits will be able to fully prove. The Rats and their Media cheer leaders will do whatever they can to undermine the truth coming out.
Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst. And pray.

Decertification a “strong possibility.” The author should be a journalist. Stories are so much more snappy when you make up details. No basis for that opinion is stated in the article. I’d bet a thousand bucks that, whatever the audit shows, the Arizona legislature will not decertify the election. The federal constitution only provides for impeachment or the 25th amendment to remove a President. Litigation over a decertification would last far beyond the end of Biden’s term. The political heat would also be intense. No way they decertify

The big lie.You are saying it can be Constitutionally overturned?

A fraudulent election will NEVER be official.
