New recommendations from federal health officials this week on when vaccinated Americans should don face masks came with a startling bolt of news: People who have had their shots and become infected with the delta variant of the coronavirus can harbor large amounts of virus just like unvaccinated people. That means they could become spreaders of the disease and should return to wearing masks indoors in certain situations, including when vulnerable people are present.
But the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention did not publish the new research. In the text of the updated masking guidance, the agency merely cited “CDC COVID-19 Response Team, unpublished data, 2021.”
Some outside scientists have their own message: Show us the data.
“They’re making a claim that people with delta who are vaccinated and unvaccinated have similar levels of viral load, but nobody knows what that means,” said Gregg Gonsalves, an associate professor at the Yale School of Public Health. “It’s meaningless unless we see the data.”

Exactly—that’s what I want to see. The data that shows that asymptomatic people, i.e. perfectly healthy people, are spreading a virus they don’t have enough of to be sick, if any at all, and infecting others.
What few liberals I know stuff themselves with sugar and other carbs and are overweight-they only want others to eat healthy organic foods-not them...
I don’t consume any processed foods-organic and non-GMO for my table-only grass fed/free range, etc-and I’m not a liberal-just a naturalist-I don’t use drugs or get risky vaccines-like this one-either-I’ve had the Wuhan virus and have natural immunity...

They are terrified because they’ve lost control of this. Look at the data from Israel. It’s almost a perfect mirror across age groups of the vaxed and infected.
We’re talking upwards of 80% infected with almost an equal percentage having been vaxed in an upper age group.
If it happened there, it can and will happen here. The distinction is that Israel signed on to the dotted line with Pfizer while in the US there are three vax companies being distributed at present.
No matter, the mighty transmissible Delta variant will get around, it will be far less lethal and cases will spike and then dramatically fall.
Just as the previous cycle. Many areas of the country are at herd immunity which will stave off the next Dr. Fallacy Apocalypse too.
