St. Louis County, Mo-The St. Louis County Council voted 5-2 in favor of terminating the face-covering order Tuesday night.
Council members who voted in favor of were Rita Heard Days, Tim Fitch, Ernie Trakas, Mark Harder and Shalonda Webb.
Council members who voted not in favor of terminating the face-covering order were Lisa Clancy and Kelli Dunaway.
It was ordered by the health officer of the county and the mayor of the City of St. Louis where the order is still in force.
Fun while it lasted!

A beautiful bare-faced victory for FREEDOM and individual choice.
Excellent
Big difference between St Louis city and county.
They only could find one person to show up who wanted it, yet some council members claim the community wanted it.
Morning in America
The face of freedom
Peeks over the horizon
Like the sun on a
Beautiful morning.
One day it will rise
And warm the cold halls
Of Washington, DC
At midday.
Yes, St. Louis City is not a part of St. Louis County. The City thought it would be a good idea to ditch the hicks 150 years ago, now it wishes it had their tax base.
North Carolina Governor Cooper ordered NC state employees to vaccinate today.
This is interesting, the council is 4-3 rat (the county has been voting rat for President since 1992 and Biden got over 60%), all the rats are women. The two black women voted with the Republicans to overturn the mandate, the two moonbat white women voted to keep it.
Here in a Chi younger black men seem resistant to mask wearing, and I hear in NYC many were arrested (this got no coverage in national news).
The state legislature should split off the GOP area into a new county (or vice versa).
Meanwhile, the state of Illinois (via Gov. Lard Butt’s executive order) has issued a statewide mandate that EVERYONE in public schools, student and teachers alike, vaccinated or unvaccinated, MUST wear a face mask when classes start this fall.
